Description

In order to reach more people and offer our key strategies for success when working with youth, GRuB will be offering a one-day training in addition to our more intensive GRuB Institute. Participants will leave with tools that can be implemented either when working in the community, outdoors, or in a classroom with youth and can be applied to nearly any type of curriculum subject.

Participants will learn about:

- Theoretical foundations of the GRuB School Curriculum
- Setting Shared Standards and other tools for Group Development
- Ways to integrate kinesthetic learning into curriculum
- Facilitation practices that establish a culture of engagement and youth leadership
- Communication styles that promote equality, respect, and success with students

Cost: $125/person

 

Clock Hours available for teachers attending this training.
